Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is playing too spectating from reception is not the arrangement here, because every game is a private booking for one group. Teams run from two to seven players depending on the room. The venue points families with younger children towards its dedicated kids' party options, which are arranged directly rather than through the standard booking journey.

Da Vinci is a Renaissance heist: break into a scholar's private collection, get past the security and take the Holy

two to seven players, 5 out of 5, and the only room the venue rates high for fear factor.

The venue recommends OverThrone as the starting point for first-time players, date nights and family groups, on
the strength of its gentler difficulty curve. Da Vinci, Area 51 and The Master's Cabin are all rated at maximum
difficulty, and the venue positions Area 51 in particular towards experienced players and enthusiasts. Three of
the four rooms are low fear factor; only The Master's Cabin is built to frighten.

Every room runs 60 minutes of game time. The venue advises allowing around 90 minutes for the whole visit,
which covers the briefing beforehand, the hour in the room, and a debrief with photographs at the end. Games
are hosted, with a Games Master running the briefing and following the team through the game.

Every booking is a private game. Groups are never mixed with strangers, which is unusual enough among London
escape rooms to be worth checking for elsewhere and is the main reason the venue suits nervous first-timers,
couples and corporate groups equally. Larger parties are split across several rooms running side by side rather
than being merged into one.

This venue is not step-free. The operator states that Shepherd's Bush requires basement stairs, and unlike its
sibling venues it lists no accessible entrance, ramp or accessible toilet. Guests with mobility, sensory or other
requirements are asked to contact the operator before booking so the team can confirm what is suitable, and
the operator's Hammersmith and Islington venues do have wheelchair accessible rooms if this one does not suit.

The venue hosts birthdays, kids' parties, stag and hen groups, school trips and Christmas parties, and the
operator markets the rooms for date nights, proposals and visiting tourists as well. Groups too large for a single
room are booked across several rooms at the same time, which at a four-room venue allows a sizeable party to
play simultaneously. Gift vouchers are sold online and can be redeemed against any room at this venue.

The operator runs four corporate packages across its venues. The Classic hour covers a 60-minute game with
team photos and soft drinks available to buy, from £28 including VAT per player on weekdays. A one-hour-45
package adds a private area for 45 minutes with pizzas and drinks at £55, and a three-hour package with two
games at £90, both with £5 added on Saturdays. Custom events are designed to brief. Invoice payment is
available. These are operator-wide prices and formats rather than figures published for this venue specifically.

The venue is on Uxbridge Road, a few minutes from Westfield London. Shepherd's Bush station on the Central
line and the Overground station of the same name are both a short walk, and Shepherd's Bush Market on the
Hammersmith & City and Circle lines is close by. Numerous bus routes run along Uxbridge Road and Goldhawk
Road. There is no on-site parking: the venue points visitors to paid on-street parking in the surrounding streets,
or the car park at Westfield a few minutes away.

Booking is online through the operator's reservation system, with each venue booked separately. Telephone
lines are open daily from 09:30 to 21:30 for existing bookings, venue questions and larger group enquiries, and
corporate, school and party bookings are arranged by email rather than through the standard booking flow. The
venue does not publish its own opening hours or a venue-direct telephone number; the number given is the
operator's central line.
